MANAGEMENT REVIEW |
The path of the OHSAS 18001 standard provides, in short, that "the organization":
- first of all conduct an analysis aimed at identifying the dangers and assessing the risks of its routin and non-routine activities, of personnel who have access to workplaces (including visitors and subcontractors), with a methodology that takes into account particular requirements (eg . proactivity);
- then elaborate a policy and set objectives that take into account the previous analysis, and establish a plan that addresses the various critical points highlighted by implementing the necessary control measures and defining times and responsibilities;
- once the policy and the plan are prepared, the company must monitor and measure the performance of the system and try to improve it
